SharkCity, born Zachary Taylor and raised in Santa Clara and San Jose, California, is an entrepreneur and music visionary dedicated to creating opportunities through independent entertainment. Growing up in a constantly changing environment, his mother worked hard to guide him away from gang life and toward a more positive path.
He attended Lee High School in San Jose, where his passion for music truly began. Self-taught on the drums, SharkCity developed his skills playing for church in San Jose, building the musical foundation that would shape his future. Music has always been a central influence in his life—his father, an Army veteran and dedicated electric guitarist, provided daily inspiration and a strong example of discipline and creativity.
Today, SharkCity channels those early influences into SharkCity Entertainment Music Group, using music, entrepreneurship, and community engagement to uplift others and build a lasting legacy.

As the Lead Executive Producer of GameChangers, a premier subsidiary of KaluEnt, LLC, Walter leverages over a decade of beat-making experience to craft sounds that are as intellectually structured as they are emotionally resonant.
Walter’s "universal sound"—a seamless blend of R&B and Lo-Fi—is built on a rigorous foundation of music theory and professional vocal training.
